Placing orders for Goods

Ø  You may place an order through the website by submitting the electronic order form on the website.

Ø  An order submitted by you on the website in the manner described on the website is an offer by you to purchase goods for the price (plus any delivery fee and for the avoidance of doubt, GST) as specified at the time you submit your order.

Ø  In completing the electronic order form, you agree to provide complete and accurate information as to your personal details to enable the processing and delivery of your order. Devotion Sports Australia will not be liable to you for your loss or that of any third party for a delay or failure to process, fulfil or deliver goods to you (or your nominated recipient) due to inaccurate or incomplete personal details provided in respect of an order by you.

Ø  Order processing commences when cleared payment has been received.

Ø  Once order processing has commenced, orders can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Ø  Check your order specifications carefully before clicking "Submit" and making payment.

Availability of Goods

Ø  All items are generally available, however on rare occasions an item may sell-out unexpectedly.

Ø  If any item cannot be shipped promptly, Devotion Sports Australia will contact you within five (5) business days to either arrange a full or partial refund, or change your order to replace the goods with a comparable product in a similar price range (where available) as agreed with you, or come to an alternative arrangement, such as a refund.  

Ø  We reserve the right to withdraw or suspend any good displayed on the website from sale either temporarily or permanently at any time without notice to you.

Ø  Where a product which is the subject of an order has been withdrawn or suspended from sale and your payment for the product has already been processed, we will use reasonable endeavours to refund any money paid to us in respect of that product within five (5) business days. Your receipt of your refund will depend on the period of time it takes your financial institution to finalise the refund.

Ø  the colour of products as shown on the website may vary slightly in shade in real life.

Price and Payment

Ø  Devotion Sports Australia accepts payment by Paypal , EFTPOS, Master Card and Visa and direct deposit.

Ø  Credit cards incur a 1.5% processing fee.

Ø  Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted are in Australian dollars and where applicable, inclusive of goods and services tax (GST). Any fees and charges (e.g. Delivery Fees) imposed by these Terms and Conditions also include GST where applicable.

Ø  We reserve the right to change or alter prices of products on the website without notice to you, unless you have already submitted an order at a stipulated price, in which case there will be no change or alteration in pricing.

Ø   You acknowledge and agree that any payment in respect of an order must be cleared by Devotion Sports Australia before products which are the subject of an order are despatched. If your payment cannot be processed, your order will be rejected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and you will be notified of this on the Website. In relation to credit cards, you should contact your card issuer in the first instance to try to resolve any problem concerning the use of your credit card, or use an alternative payment method in order to continue with your order.

Ø  You will receive a tax Invoice by email once payment in respect of your order has been processed.

Delivery Fees

Ø  For all online orders our mailing service is Australia Post using express post. All con note tracking numbers are recorded in our system against your order. Air mail is used for International orders. Australian Post Express Sachels are used for postage. Their fees are weight based as follows: 0.0kg - 0.5kg - $10.00, 0.5kg - 3.0kg - $13.00 and  3.0kg - 5.0kg - $21.00.

Ø  International freight charges will be given on application.

Ø  We aim to despatch within 24 hours of receiving your order. Depending on destination, it may take up to 5 working days for delivery, longer for international.

Ø  Devotion Sports Australia will not be accountable for any items lost in transit for online orders or orders being returned. This will include all mailing and delivery companies services. To limit lost postage please ensure all details are correct when placing orders online.

Ø  We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is priced or auto-calculated in error.
Overseas deliveries may incur local government's duties and taxes, these will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value.

Ø  Devotion Sports Australia is only able to accept returns on products that are returned in original condition with a copy of the receipt.

Ø  We cannot accept any items that have been laundered, worn, soiled, altered, show signs of wear including deodorant, make-up, sweat, or with garment tags unattached.

Ø   A refund will not be given if you have simply changed your mind, the item is not suitable or there is a delay in delivery of order. Refunds are only applicable where a product is deemed faulty. Product manufacturer reserves the right to determine whether a product is faulty.

Ø  Before issuing a product for reason of "defect" we need a full description and may need images.

Ø  Descriptions and images of "defects" may be sent to the manufacturer for official verification.

Ø  Insignificant manufacturing imperfections are not defects, neither are normal dye-lot variations.

Ø  For Australian residents, exchange or refund is available for goods returned within 14 days of invoice/dispatch date,  based on the above policies. The cost of postage is not refundable, however no additional postage will be charged to send a replacement out to you.

Customs & Duty: International Orders

Ø  Please note that when you are buying garments from another country you will need to check with your local customs office in regards to what, if any, duty you may be liable for when the garments arrive. As the receiver of the goods, you are the one who will be asked to pay the duty, not the sender. Different countries have different limits on the value of packages received from overseas. Marking the package as a gift, etc, makes no difference. Duty is calculated on the declared value of the item regardless of what it is. We cannot be responsible for any customs delays in your country.
